Do you accept refunds?

No, there is a strict NO REFUNDS policy.

Can I exchange my purchased item(s)?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the exact same item, send us an email at infamousbeautycollection@gmail.com

How long will it take to receive my item(s) and how much is shipping?

You will be able to select your shipping preference during checkout. Our processing time is 1-3 business days. Our carrier of choice is USPS (United States Postal Service).

Priority Mail (1-3 business days)

Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)

First Class Package Service (2-3 business days)

Shipping price depends on the weight of your items and the region you live in, as well as the rates given by the chosen carrier service.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept all forms of payment shown on the icons in the footer below, which includes: Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Shopify Pay.

How do I track my package?

A USPS tracking number will be sent to your email once your package ships.
